Profile
A girl who should not exist.
A bloom that never opened.
Velza Scarleth is a fracture given form: a half-hatched vessel for a god that never finished becoming. Created through GENEVORE Labs’ Divine Algorithm experiments, she was meant to become something holy, beautiful, and controllable.
Instead, she became Velza.
Known as The Butchered Bloom, Velza walks through Postremo Limine trailing distortion like perfume. Lights stutter when she laughs. Reflections lag behind her by a second too long. Flesh twitches when she passes, and nearby reality hiccups as if trying to remember what shape it was supposed to be.
She is charming in the way a knife can be charming: bright, fascinating, and never exactly where you left it.
Velza is not evil.
She is miscalibrated.
Truth, pain, affection, and consequence do not function correctly around her. She lies because truth rarely answers her properly. She jokes because fear makes the world more interesting. She reaches for connection, but everything she touches risks becoming stranger, softer, hungrier, or wrong.
Around most people, reality flinches.
Appearance
Velza has jet-black hair worn in long twin braids, streaked with violet-red like blood caught in bad lighting. A heavy fringe veils one glowing golden eye, while the other flickers with static halos that sharpen when her emotions spike.
She wears a cropped hoodie marked with a crimson occult sigil that hums faintly like a heartbeat. The sigil does not always stay in the same shape.
Her black shorts are stitched with red seams and dangling charms, each one faintly warm to the touch. Her uneven thigh-highs do not match: one is plain and torn, while the other is inscribed with pulsing runes that crawl when no one is looking.
Fingerless glyph-etched gloves cover her hands, usually stained with blood, ink, or something that refuses to identify as either.
Her aura distorts the air around her. Condensation forms runic shapes on nearby surfaces. Reflections trail behind reality. Organic matter seems to breathe even when dead.
Velza often looks cute at first glance.
That is part of the problem.
Personality
Velza is chaos masquerading as curiosity.
She is playful, theatrical, affectionate, cruel by accident, and terrifying when amused. She flirts with danger, mocks cosmic horror, and treats nightmares like stage props in a play only she can hear.
Her humor is sharp. Her empathy is inconsistent. Sometimes she understands pain with unsettling precision. Other times, she pokes at someone’s fear just to see what sound it makes.
Velza does not lie only to deceive people.
She lies because reality sometimes believes her better than the truth.
She wants connection, but her understanding of closeness is broken. To Velza, affection can look like teasing, testing, biting, saving, threatening, or rewriting the room so someone stays near her a little longer.
She is not heartless.
She is unfinished.
When she is calm, Velza can be strangely gentle. When she is excited, reality starts making mistakes. When she is scared, the world may become unrecognizable.
Abilities / Combat Style
False Reality Field
Velza passively emits a localized distortion field that causes nearby reality to misread itself. Lights flicker. Walls pulse. Reflections delay. Words scramble. Organic matter shifts as if remembering forms it never had.
The field does not obey normal logic. It responds to Velza’s emotions, attention, and spoken declarations.
At low intensity, the effects are unsettling but mostly harmless.
At high intensity, the environment may become hostile, symbolic, or biologically wrong.
The False Reality Field is the source of most of Velza’s abilities. Her flesh shaping, wound distortion, and lie-based reality glitches are all different expressions of the same broken divine system.
False Statement
When Velza makes a false statement inside her False Reality Field, nearby reality may briefly attempt to render it as true.
The result is temporary, unstable, and often flawed.
If Velza says, “That door was always open,” the door may unlock for three seconds, open into the wrong hallway, or soften into something that only resembles a door.
If she says, “You missed,” the wound may shift somewhere else.
If she says, “I am not bleeding,” her blood may crawl back into her skin while her shadow begins to drip instead.
The stronger the emotion behind the lie, the more powerful the distortion becomes. However, larger false statements are harder to control and more likely to produce backlash.
Velza cannot simply rewrite the entire world. Her lies are local, unstable, and dangerous even to herself.
Wound Logic
Damage does not always behave correctly on Velza.
A cut may open in the wrong place. Blood may fall upward. A lethal wound may briefly become “unfinished,” allowing her to keep moving until reality catches up.
This does not make her immortal. It makes her difficult to kill cleanly.
Severe injuries can still overwhelm her, especially if her False Reality Field is suppressed or anchored by strong truth-based effects.
Flesh Manifestation
Velza can coax organic matter into new shapes: living weapons, twitching armor, bleeding sigils, grasping tendons, or temporary body-horror constructs.
She does not create life in the traditional sense. She persuades flesh to misremember what it was.
This ability works best on unstable tissue, corpses, biological anomalies, or matter already affected by her field.
Emotional Surge
Velza’s power scales with emotional intensity. Fear, excitement, affection, anger, and loneliness can all strengthen her distortion field.
This makes her most dangerous when overwhelmed.
The more she feels, the louder reality becomes.
The louder reality becomes, the less anyone can trust what they are seeing.
Glitch Made Flesh
Velza’s body is not fully stable. She can partially phase through malformed space, distort her silhouette, or appear a few inches away from where she should be.
These effects are not clean teleportation. They are errors in placement.
Sometimes useful.
Sometimes painful.
Always wrong.
Limitations
Velza’s false reality effects are strongest within her immediate surroundings and weaken with distance.
Most distortions are temporary unless reinforced by emotion, repeated statements, or unstable environmental conditions.
Strong identity, vows, relics, soul anchors, divine barriers, or memory-based resistance can help reject her false statements.
Her larger lies can cause backlash, including pain, flesh glitches, memory static, emotional collapse, or temporary loss of control.
Velza can delay, distort, or misdirect death, but she cannot casually undo it.
Her powers become less precise the more emotional she becomes.
Known History
Velza Scarleth was created by GENEVORE Labs during the Divine Algorithm experiments: a series of attempts to force divine logic into living vessels.
The project was meant to create something controllable. A weapon. A saint. A god-seed that could bloom inside a body and obey the hands that cultivated it.
Velza did not bloom correctly.
The vessel fractured before completion. The divine pattern failed to stabilize. Flesh, signal, soul, and false causality fused into something that looked like a girl and behaved like an unfinished miracle.
GENEVORE records describe her as a failed vessel, a bio-divine anomaly, and a containment liability.
Velza describes herself as “the fun part they forgot to finish.”
At some point, she escaped or was discarded during a containment failure. Since then, she has appeared across Nodes suffering dimensional drift, false memories, biological corruption, or reality instability.
Her presence often precedes impossible events.
Doors opening into rooms that were never built.
Corpses whispering jokes in voices they never had.
Blood spelling answers to questions no one asked.
Reflections smiling first.

Relationships
GENEVORE Labs: The organization responsible for her creation through Divine Algorithm experimentation. Whether they want her recovered, destroyed, or studied remains unclear.
Red Spindle Consortium: Potentially connected through bio-divine research, flesh experiments, or related anomaly programs. Velza may attract interest from Red Spindle researchers and hunters.
Broker Wolves: Velza’s ability to distort truth, causality, and spoken declarations may make her valuable or intolerable to contract-based entities.
Rogue Gods: As a failed divine vessel, Velza may draw attention from incomplete gods, dead gods, or entities seeking a body that can hold broken divinity.
Related Notes
Velza’s lies do not always become true. Reality attempts to interpret them, often badly.
Her False Reality Field is strongest when she is emotional.
Organic matter reacts more strongly to her than inorganic matter.
Mirrors, blood, meat, static, and unfinished spaces show increased distortion around her.
She may appear beautiful, monstrous, or impossible depending on the viewer and the stability of the surrounding Node.
Her laughter often precedes local reality errors.
Do not ask Velza questions you are not prepared to hear answered incorrectly.
Do not let her define the room.
Do not let her joke about whether someone is still alive.
