The Holy Order of the Divine Light

Religious Faction / Control Doctrine
A militant faith built on purification, obedience, and the belief that Postremo Limine must be cleansed for the Holy Maiden’s descent.

The Holy Order of the Divine Light is one of the oldest recorded faith-based factions in Postremo Limine, though no one knows when it began or what came before it. They teach that Postremo Limine is a world of corruption, fractured by sin, and must be purged for the Holy Maiden of Light to descend and restore the natural order.

Their creed is simple: “Suppress. Contain. Destroy.”

The Order maintains Divine Light Chapels in several Safe Zones, where missionaries preach purification through obedience and prayer. Behind these polished sermons, however, lies a powerful militant wing: the S.C.D.

This elite unit, often masked and unmarked, is responsible for hunting and eliminating any entities deemed unholy—be they anomaly-touched beings, soulbinders, corrupted Diver tech, or those who have strayed too far from the “clean cycle.”

Though their numbers are unknown, their reach is vast—and their silence, absolute.

Some say the Holy Maiden has already arrived… and the Order is keeping her locked away.

Others say she never existed.

The Order says nothing.
